Anna believes that urban gardens provide the sense of belonging and connection to other people as well as to nature that our world needs more than anything else right now. She became a Gardeniser as a way of marrying her professional skills with her passion for plants and community.
Earlier, as a journalist, Anna wrote about urban farming, food access and inequality in the food labour system for publications such as Civil Eats and the Sustainable Food Trust.
