I am the founder of Forest of Hearts and we design, create and maintain edible gardens which help people to improve health and wellbeing. We are based at Stratford upon Avon Hospital where we have the Garden of Wellbeing, a polytunnel and are just creating a Kitchen Garden for staff. We have around 30 volunteers and meet every Friday.
